In operation since June of 2007, the Aji House is the catering division of Xyloh. 

The Aji chefs will be delighted to assist you in planning your next event,

whether it is a small karaoke get together for ten or a company party for 200. 
As a team, we have many years of experience cooking a wide variety of cuisines

at five diamond resorts, banqueting facilities, award winning independent restaurants

on the mainland and internationally, as well as theme parks.

Most recently we worked together in the kitchens of the Kahala Mandarin Oriental and later,

the Kahala Hotel and Resort.
We have created an extensive party menu featuring both hot and cold items

that are sure to satisfy your guests and can easily accommodate just about any budget. 
We have successfully hosted numerous corporate parties, company after hours meetings,

networking events, birthday parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, video gaming tournaments,

and fundraisers. 
Our facilities include a large bar featuring a wide array of drinks.

We also have a dance floor, a private room equipped with projector for running

power point presentations, dart boards, LCD televisions, and five karaoke rooms. 

On Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights we also have DJs playing your favorite music.
